At Mulovy.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
- Please email our support team at support@mulovy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with further instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
- If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, check with your bank. There may be processing delays. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@mulovy.com
